Ninkasi’s core fans love their doggos. I noticed people were already voluntarily posting photos of their dogs with our beers. So why not have a little fun and ask people to stage photos of their dogs taking on the personality of one of our beers?
During the pandemic, we wanted to engage people at home with their dogs and beer so we created this photo contest to win sweet prizes of Ninkasi dog gear and gift cards.
The original plan involved producing a 12-month calendar featuring a different dog & beer each month. Sales would have benefitted Greenhill Humane Society, a local shelter with whom we’ve worked for years through our Beer is Love program. Unfortunately, due to resources, the calendar was never brought to life.
